Terms and Conditions for Welcome Bonus Offer

  1. Promotion period is valid from 1 July to 30 September 2017, both dates inclusive (the "Promotion Period").
  2. The 7,000 Welcome Bonus Miles (“Welcome Bonus Miles”) is only applicable to new Principal Card applicant (i.e. not holding (a)any Principal Card or Supplementary Card of any card type issued by Dah Sing Bank (“the Bank”) in the past 12 months and (b) any principal ANA Card HK Visa Platinum in the past 7 years) who successfully applied for Dah Sing ANA Card HK Visa Platinum within the Promotion Period (“Eligible Cardholder”). Each Principal Card applicant can only apply for one Dah Sing ANA Card HK Visa Platinum and is entitled to the Welcome Bonus Miles once only.
  3. To enjoy the 5,000 Welcome Bonus Miles, Eligible Cardholder needs to accumulate Eligible Spending of HK$5,000 or above within the first 3 months from the date of card issuance. Eligible Cardholder will be able to enjoy an additional 2,000 Welcome Bonus Miles (a total of 7,000 Welcome Bonus Miles) upon accumulated Eligible Spending of HK$7,000 or above within the first 3 months from the date of card issuance.
  4. The Eligible Spending for Welcome Bonus Miles includes retail purchase, cash advance, autopay, recurring payment amount (e.g. Octopus Automatic Add Value Service, Autotoll Automatic Top-up Services etc.), Stocks Investment Savings Plan, interest-free monthly installment amount, gift redemption amount (if applicable), cheque payment amount (if applicable); but excluding the following transactions, including but not limited to Mobile Payment Transaction through mobile application(s) that is/are made available by the Bank from time to time (e.g. Android PayTM, Samsung Pay, etc.), Mobile Transfer Transactions (e.g. PayMe, WeChat Pay, TNG, Tap & Go, etc.), "Happy Installment" installment amount, "Cash-in Plan" amount, Branch Cash-in amount, balance transfer amount, bank handling fee (including annual fee, financial charge, late fee and cash advance handling fee, etc.), "Payeasy" bill payment amount, "Jet Payment" payment amount, casino transactions, unposted / cancelled / refunded and all unauthorized transactions. Eligible Spending of Supplementary Card will be combined to the Principal Card account. The Bank reserves the final decision for determining if the transaction fulfills the Welcome Bonus Miles.
  5. The Welcome Bonus Miles will be credited into the Eligible Cardholder's AMC account at the end of the following month upon fulfillment of the spending requirement. Please check the miles record in your AMC account accordingly. The awarded Miles will be credited to AMC account according to the AMC account number provided by the Cardholder. The Username of the AMC account must be the same as the Principal Cardholder's name of the Credit Card. If the pertinent miles fail to be credited due to an incorrect account number or Username provided by the Cardholders, the Bank will not be held liable and will not re-issue the pertinent miles. The relevant credit card account must be valid and in good standing at the time the Welcome Bonus Miles is credited into AMC account.
  6. The Bank is not the supplier of the Welcome Bonus Miles or the relevant products and services. The Bank shall not be responsible for any matter in relation to relevant product(s) or services.Any enquiry, comment or complaint about the quality of relevant product(s) or services should be directed to the relevant supplier(s).
  7. Eligible Cardholders are required to keep all relevant original sales slips. In case of any disputes, the Bank reserves the right to request Eligible Cardholders to submit the relevant original sales slips for inspection. All sales slips submitted to the Bank will not be returned.
  8. The Bank and All Nippon Airways Company Ltd. ("ANA") reserve the rights to amend these terms and conditions or terminate the offer at any time without prior notice.
  9. All matters and disputes will be subjected to the final decision of the Bank and ANA.
  10. In case of any discrepancy between the English and Chinese versions of these terms and conditions, the English version shall prevail.
